META AI NOT GETTING enabled on Whatsapp

Hi all,
I am based out of India and using Fold 5 which was purchased in US.
I have seen Meta AI enabled on all cheap and all kind of phones but for me, it is NOT getting enabled..

Tried practically everything...

Whatsapp support says to check with Samsung and didn't find credible response from other sources.

What could be possibly wrong?

Any help is highly appreciated.
