My fold 6 broke

At first it was 1 dead pixel then I opened it later in the day and the crease is basically dead an know phone is unresponsive no drops or anything the day it occurred just opened it and this happened

Sorry this is happening to you I would suggest contacting your carrier to see if you have insurance on your device or did you purchase Care Plus to get this repaired/replaced

Im guessing my fault and yes luckily I did purchase samsung care

Yeah sorry to say this but they would say it wasn't covered under warranty

I probably dropped it 4 times in the span of 7 months so not sure why this occurred unexpectedly still guessing somehow I did something I wasn't supposed to not sure

Yeah I had the Flip 5 and traded it in I was too afraid of this happening to it

Thinking on getting it repaired and getting the fold 7 hopefully I dont experience this again

Yeah looking at the picture it looks like something might have did something to the screen on the bottom to cause the green lines and then it spread to the rest of it they would say it was some type of impact that caused that

If it was dropped on the corner of the phone, the hiñges got bent. Opening and shutting a bent phone will cause the center piece to tear/crack. That's the reason they gave me, how true that is I do not know my friend.

Yup it did fall on a corner but this happened around a month ago did you have insurance or samsung care atleast?
