My themes are not applying to my email

I  downloaded a new theme to my zflip however it is not applying to my email, it still looks the same.  Other phones I owned the email always changed when I added new themes. Can someone please tell me how to fix this.

Themes are not compatible with all phones unfortunately. This seems to be a compatibility issue. Email the developer directly is my advice.
