My wi-fi is not turning on in my fold 3

I need help in getting this resolved

@tolumoroki Have you tried running diagnostics? These are available in the Samsung Members app Support tab. 

Have you tried resetting Network settings? phone settings -> General management -> Reset -> Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

Have you tried wiping the device cache partition?

I have done all, my wifi is still not working or turning on also my Hotspot is not turning on

@tolumoroki Did the diagnostic test indicate your Wifi was working?

Have you tried doing a complete factory reset?
