There is a piece that is half falling off my phone. I keep catching my finger on it. I bet dust and lint are getting in there, too. Maybe I should try to glue it back on. Or should I repair it please help
I would think any piece falling off might be worth repairing. However, without better information, it is unclear if it is a piece of case that you have installed.
Do you have a camera to take a picture of it? How are we supposed to know which piece is falling off and if it's important? If it is not your case that's broken and/or you don't have a case, perhaps it's time to get one.
It is probably not important to the functionality of the phone, but it is protective of the components. If you do not have a case for the phone, I suggest you get one. In the meantime, a quick self-repair might be made by using a piece of clear packing tape to tape it down. If you need to expose a microphone or speaker opening, use a paper clip to poke holes. Obviously, if the tape is going to cover a camera lens, cut out the part over the lens.
