Permission controller has stopped pop up

I keep randomly getting a pop-up saying that

Hello, We can certainly understand how frustrating it can be getting a pop up and not knowing what it means or how to fix it. If you are still having the pop up, let's give this a try! 

Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Reset Options -> Reset App preferences
