When you tried to perform a factory reset, was it through the settings of the device?
Try the force method by:
- Turning off your phone (shut down).
- Hold the volume up and power buttons.
- Navigate using volume buttons.
- Select “Wipe data/factory reset.”

It's taken me almost 2 years to get attention from being hacked,be very careful if it's a dude calls himself the soul therapist, he's put me through living he.. his real name is Joe stan,have plenty of evidence to prove it, be cautious if it's him,

The phone company reset mine 3 times that's just on this Samsung, but he shut down 3 Android phones, 1 iPhone 8A tablet and a Chromebook. It wasn't until I actually texted Google well, actually, I texted 'em several times before and apple but finally got a response last night. So maybe they are doing something about it, but if it's him, you just as well. They'll just start texting Google and ask for the help. Because he hacked mine before. I even got back home from the phone company. Both times or it might have been 3 times either way, but that's who I was dealing with. I don't know who you're dealing with. But I'm just saying what happened to me. Stealing my data and sending it to 10 different countries.

Also, wherever you're at, you can delete your emails or shut them down and whatever Wi-Fi your own change the password.
And make sure that he has none of your buddies, or why for whoever, because if he has one of their wi fis that was connected to yours, he's just going to hack you right over again

And one more caution I know this because I've lived it. My hacker originated from TikTok, where there's also several several more.
And I'm pretty sure several of 'em works with him, but I couldn't. Swire to that, that's just my theory, but I have been doing it for 2 years. I can't prove it, but maybe somebody will.
Just don't click on no websites or anything like that. Or even say Hey to a stranger as far as that goes, but this guy got obsessed with me. For some reason, he stoled all 3 TikTok accounts. All my pictures in videos of my deceased. Mom, all my medical records. From the pharmacy in my , medicare records. So yeah.

And just where I'm clear, I don't do anything on the Samsung account. But just my email thing is on there. I don't buy anything. I don't scroll anything. All that was him, he put that on there. This isn't just 1 person it's a group, but I wasn't completely sure until my coworker reached out to his retired service brother's, I just have to deal with all this for a Lil longer, it will all work itself out.... I just don't understand why they're messing with me I literally buried my Gma who raised me right before christmas while dealing with them too... I wish I knew who I **bleep** off!
