Fold & Flip PhonesHello and welcome to the Community! We are glad you are here! It does seem puzzling that the phone only rings once out loud, but continues to ring silently. We'll be happy to assist you in figuring this out! There are a couple of possibilities.
1. Have you verified you aren't accidentally pressing the side button or brushing against the screen silencing the call?
2. Have you tried testing a different ringtone?
3. Test the phone in Safe Mode to make sure there are no apps interfering with the calls. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
4. Clear the cache partition and repair apps in Recovery Mode.
