For over 2 weeks now and I've noticed every update something new will break. But now my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not work. I'm not doing another factory reset because I can't back up anything when there's no Wi-Fi. Samsung blames my service provider who I would think is at fault but for once Optimum is right this is a phone and factory problem I have the Samsung fold. I'm going to get the new 6 but this is absolutely ridiculous. Any tips on what I can do since Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not working I hit details and I'm trying to check settings and nothing I can do works I go on chat GPT but trying to get in touch with the human being at Samsung is very hard especially being Sunday. So if anyone has had this problem please let me know what you did to fix it I don't mind resetting of Wifi and Bluetooth it I'm just not doing a factory reset. I'm tired of being told what to do by Samsung and it doesn't work. It's enough to deal with optimum already who I am taking to small claims court. Just now this is getting ridiculous
