Hello Dilztini-232, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your phone.

Troubleshooting for Wi-Fi connection include:

1. Reset the settings. Settings>General management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

2. Test in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode

3. Clearing the cache partition.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
4. A factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

For Wi-Fi connection concerns, you can try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559

For Bluetooth connections, try these steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001226/

If the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are still not working after the reset and/or you are still unable to connect to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, it is recommended to have the phone serviced.
