Fold & Flip PhonesI continue to have this problem on my Fold 3. Cleared Cache and Factory reset. Whatever the issue it is I also can't hear audio, take phone calls or play media files.

If troubleshooting is not helpful and the diagnostics continue to fail, it is recommended to have the phone serviced.
