Swap zfold4 SIM into my old S8+

Zfold 4 screen to be repaired

Can I swap the SIM out of my zfold4 into my old S8+ while I leave it with ubreakitIfixedit for the inside cover screen to be repaired? I traded my Note 10+5G in for the ZFold but still have my old S8+ that I use for an IR blaster and camera. I realize there will be no 5g but are there any other considerations? 

It's an unlocked z fold 4 on Spectrum.

Hello Rayzer, Thank you for reaching out. Both the Fold4 and S8+ use a Nano SIM, so the Fold4 SIM should work for the S8+.

You may need to contact Spectrum to activate the IMEI number from the S8+.

As the S8+ is an older phone, there may also be some app incompatibility.

Thank you for your prompt response. I just wanted to be able to receive and place calls on it. I did not want to have to pay an extra $20 for ubreakitIfixedit to do it while I wait.
