I needed to quickly respond to texts. So, I created Text shortcuts, about 25 or so. After an update they all disappeared. This appears to be acceptable to Samsung This is TOTALLY unacceptable at any level on any phone. LET ALONE A $1800 PHONE!! FIX IT!!!
To continue, regarding Text Shortcuts disappearing. Text messages do not disappear nor other info. Samsung at least save Text Shortcuts to your cloud in xxx file for retrieval or whatever it is you do for Text messages. You assume xxx person will remember the exact shortcuts they created! NOT... I worked very hard to get the exact wording I wanted. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!
