Themes do not work with new update

After new update Android 15.0 on 4/24/2025:
 
 
-keyboard used to have cute pink theme now its ugly black and white default 
-phone numpad has cute wall screen and ugly black and white default numpad
-setting used to be gave cute curated theme, now black and white default ugly 
 
Note: I purchased these themes, worked and put a lot of effort in curating my phone to have certain aesthetic and samsung, ur updated ruined everything. 
 
my actions: I went to support. Did remote support, literally 2 hours. At the end, they just tell me to post on members app like into to the void. 
 
It's not fair I have to use this disgusting default setting, why even use a Samsung product if they don't care about the little things that make me happy I used have before. It feels like a slap in the face, I wish I never updated my phone, and I will never after this. Even if I get annoying alerts every now and then.
 
Actions: Do a patch update restore and make sure all the theme features are applied to ALL features including messenger, keyboard, phone numpad, settings, all ui ux,

I’m sorry to hear about your Purchased Themes.  With all updates, app developers and theme makers need to update their items to run on the new OS.  You need to reach out to the Theme Maker and request that they update it for 7.0.

Thanks for your reply, but I purchased this theme directly from the Galaxy Themes store, which means Samsung should ensure continued compatibility—especially for paid products. The theme files and assets are still on my phone, but the new update broke the connection to certain features (keyboard, numpad, setting, and messages). This isn’t the developer’s fault alone; Samsung needs to provide proper support to both users and theme creators when pushing OS updates that break paid features.

Maybe don’t do a lazy update next time. How is a customer supposed to know this would happen? Why does a paying customer have to track down a vendor to fix something they bought through Samsung? It makes no sense. I dont have any contact, I don't. It is responsibility of samsung to have these logistics down and coordinate on their side.

Things don’t always work as expected with updates its up to the Developers to make sure there products work making changes to fix them if it doesn't.  It’s just the nature of things, especially when there’s a major overhaul of the user interface.
