Wi-Fi Sharing no longer under Hotspot settings

The location of this option has moved in the latest update.  Does anyone know where it currently is?

Used to be under hotspot settings, but it's been consistently moving around after updates, I can no longer find the setting location.

That is a long way to go to get to that setting.  It's not even intuitive, who would think to even look there?  I don't think it's even in the FAQs or Tips & Tricks.
