My wifi isn't working on my phone but it works just fine on all of my other devices. I looked online and people were saying it's due to the recent update but after resetting the wifi settings and restarting my phone, it is still the same problem. I have to use my mobile data to do anything. I contacted support and haven't heard anything back yet. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

Run the diagnostics here in the Members app for Wi-Fi connectivity and if it fails create and submit an error report to Samsung tech support.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to use Wi-Fi on your phone.

Troubleshooting for Wi-Fi connection include:

1. Reset the settings. Settings>General management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

2. Test in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode

3. Clearing the cache partition.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
4. A factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
