Fold & Flip PhonesHey all! I recently got a Z Flip 6, new from Samsung. Unfortunately, out of box, the volume down button only worked intermittently and now has stopped working. I have worked up all the software issues from restarting, restarting in safe mode, dinking around the settings, etc, to no avail. I went to a Samsung auth repair shop and they said they couldn't fix it, and as many have stated, Samsung is known for their Quality Customer Service (tm) (/s) and was less than helpful despite still being in warranty. I know for a fact that I haven't dropped it nor wet the phone - I've been babying it since folding screens still scare me. Anyone have the same issue? And if so, what did you do to fix it?

You can also take a microfiber cloth and clean around the button to make sure there is no debris.
If you have a case on the phone, try removing the case.
If troubleshooting steps are not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by an authorized service center.
