The Z fold 5 is trash, the camera stopped working and Samsung is ignoring me. They gave me the run around for the last 3 months, 1st claiming nothing was wrong with the phone, I took the phone to 2 different repairs centers, they changed the camera and the mother board, yet the phone is still not working properly. Now they want me to mail the phone to them so they can attempt to repair it again , I guess they essentially saying that the technicians at the repairs centers are incompetent . After spending more than $1800 in the phone that has not been working I should mail it a wait without phone till they decide to send me a refurbished one. The store manager eric kempfer at Rosevelt field Samsung made some vain promises to me then stop responding to my email or picking up my calls. At this point I just want my money back for this worthless piece of **bleep** and take my business somewhere else. Samsung has the worst customer service ever.
