Good Morning everyone,

I'm very new to this and I have a Z-Flip which is only less than 8months and the screen blacked out, is there recall or glitch,
Could it just be my phone, I don't know but some input will help.

First of what make of the Z-Flip model do you have, 1, 2, 3 or 4? With 4 being the latest and 1 the oldest, and also did you get it as second-hand/used or brand new because these would determine availability of repair. If brand new and less than a year then it's still under warranty so whomever you brought it from should repair it at no cost so long as they determine the damage is from a faulty phone and not a damage caused by you. But if the damage is caused by physical means then you'll pay for the repair with the newest iteration costing more than the older ones.

If it's an 8 month old device you probably still have the warranty so what I advise you to do is to go to a Samsung service center and have them check

I had the similar experience ŵith my original 4. It's a known problem but no recalls are out for it. If it's under warranty, take it in and they'll let you know how to handle it. For my own situation I received a new phone.
