I paid phone break insurance each month in korea, and warranty is still left. I want to find out if it is A/S possible in US in any way.
I live in Oregon State.

Hello SUhanmu, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is when the screen is not working.

As the phone is an international model, it is not covered under the U.S. warranty. It would need to be shipped to the Samsung service center to be repaired. As it is not covered under the U.S. warranty, you would be responsible for the cost of repairs. Additionally, repairs on international models require a minimum of 30 days for repairs. You can find more information on the U.S. warranty here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/warranty/

Alternatively, we recommend contacting Samsung Korea for the service options under the warranty. You can reach out in the Samsung Korea Community here: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/korea/ct-p/kr?profile.language=ko&page=1&tab=recent_topics

Or find the support page here: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/
