Galaxy BudsHello, Thank you for being part of the Community! We understand the frustration of a feature not working correctly. The head tracking feature is built into the 360 Audio setting.
If this feature is not working correctly, we recommend resetting the earbuds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103
If the 360 Audio is still not working correctly after the reset, we recommend submitting an error report through the Wearables app. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/
