Buds 3 Pro Crack. (Pre-ordered)

Has anyone else had their #GalaxyBuds3Pro develop a crack? 😡 Mine just did, and I’ve seen multiple people on Reddit reporting the same issue. @samsung, what’s going on? This seems like a widespread problem that needs to be addressed!

I would contact Samsung customer care and send them in for repair/replacement seeing that they are still under warranty.
