Ive had the buds 3 pro for a while now and they are really great for what they are. I've noticed that it seems odd how the sound is different when switching noise controls which I don't recall happened to the buds 2 pro.
When I have it on ambient mode, the music is loud enough and full of good bass. When I switch it to off/no noise filtering, it seems to suppress (almost lower volume) and muzzle the audio sound for some reason. I'm not sure if it's because it's taking into account that it has to be louder on ambient or something else. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed with an update.
My Buds 3 Pros don't have the problem you have described. In the Wearable app you can perform a reset of the buds and see if they work any better. You can also run the diagnostics for the earbuds and see if any problems are found.
