Buds 3 Pro Rarely Connect

So annoyed with my 3 pros... I WANT to like them, so much! But it is very rare that both connect simultaneously, and upon disconnect, neither show up for pairing/connection. I am forced to unpair and re-pair to get them to work correctly. Using a Fold 5, so technology should not be an issue. My Bose do not have this issue, EVER. And I am experiencing distortion during calls... These seem like a miss... Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I have a pair of the 3 pros and I don't have any issues at all. I love them !
