Buds 3 Pro skipping only while using Spotify

Hello,

My buds 3 pros are skipping while using spotify only. Calls, tik tok, and youtube all work fine. It is not my wifi connection. My phone will play Spotify all day with zero issues.

I've experienced this as well. Skipping to the next track, or starting in the middle of the track. Very annoying.

Hello Nelliott, Welcome to the Community. We know how frustrating it is to have Spotify skipping.

Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth settings on the phone? This is usually found under Settings>General Management>Reset.

Also, be sure that Spotify is not listed under your optimization settings on the phone.
