Gemini Assistant pinch and hold

Is there any way to use the Gemini Assistant in the hold pinch setting on the S25 Ultra? I was able to switch to the Google Assistant to use instead of Bixby with the pinch and hold setting on my S23 Ultra. Now that Samsung is pushing Gemini on us I figured that this is a no brainer. I have Bixby disabled in the app settings and in the phone settings the only "Default digital assistant app" I have available is Google. In the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager app under the "Pinch and hold controls" setting it shows Bixby then when I click on Bixby to change to Google nothing happens. I have all available updates installed on my phone and buds.

I don't think the "pinch and hold controls" is a function (currently anyway) in UI 7.0. I tried searching the net for that function for the S25 and nothing came up.
