I had the Buds 3 Pro. I contacted Samsung support before this post and did what they suggested, but now the static sound is getting worse during workouts. I don't know what else to do.

I can't get mine to set in right. I have to have the stick parts pointing straight up in the air In order for them to get a good seal. It also helps increase the bass because I like a lot of it in my music. I feel that not supposed to be one that way
Theses have to be the first set that I've owned that actually fix perfectly in my ears the 2 always fell out so I love the new 3's

I only wish the battery :battery: life was an hour longer because my Airpods Pro 2 last about an hour longer but my Buds3 Pro are newer and should have better battery life.
