I am having problems with the charge of my buds, because apparently when we get in the case they stop charging. I already cleaned the case and updated the software, but it still have the issue. Also a red light is blinking in the case.
I've been experiencing the same issues, it's a pain pulling out what you believe are ready to go Buds and they start reporting low charge and after being just unplugged from the charging cable.
Just a suggestion, you can try resetting the earbuds in the Wearable app and see if they work any better. In addition you can run the earbud diagnostics too and see if anything fails testing.
