The right ear bud gets distorted, creating shreeking, crackle and poping noises, to the point that it hurts my ear. Is there a way that I can permanently fix the ear bud? I purchased the air buds during the Black Friday sale.

Defective. Call Samsung care tech support. I had a similar issue. Due to inventory issues I ended up with a full refund about 3 weeks ago. I pre-order mine in July.

A full refund is good, but I'd rather a pair of Bud 3 pro that worked properly.

Thanks a lot, just got off the phone with Samsung, They were really accommodating. I only have to bring the Buds with me to a UPS store, and the store will handle the s/h. šš½šš½
