The left ear bud gets distorted, creating shreeking, crackle and poping noises, to the point that it hurts my ear. Is there a way that I can permanently fix the ear bud? I purchased the air buds during the Black Friday sale.
Defective. Call Samsung care tech support. I had a similar issue. Due to inventory issues I ended up with a full refund about 3 weeks ago. I pre-order mine in July.
