I'm looking to replace the medium ear tips that came with my earbuds, but Samsung Support is being less than helpful. When reaching out to support (I haven't had issues with getting other in-box accessories replaced before), I was suggested to buy the Buds3 Pro instead of trying to get a replacement part.
I was given an upsell, instead of being able to obtain the OEM part I requested, #GH67-05437A.
What do I do now? I don't want to go to a third party, I'd much rather buy parts from Samsung itself, but all the parts distributors have it only available within Europe.
