I am not sure if anyone is experiencing this issue, or this "feature". The sound quality significantly reduce when on Off mode, but when turn on either Ambient Sound, Adaptive, or Active Noise Cancelation, the sound quality significantly improves. It is much fuller, immersive and more bassy as compared to Off mode. I am not sure if this is a "feature" or a bug as I remember Galaxy Buds2 Pro didnt have this drastic of a change.

Do anyone have sound quality issues when selecting different modes? In ambient or adaptive mode, they sound good but when I turn off those features, my buds 3 pro sounds horrible
Any had this happened to them?

Galaxy BudsBeen having the same issue here. I thought the update for the buds 3 pro would fix the bug, but the issue still persists, unfortunately. Hopefully it can get fixed soon
