Hola, saludos a la comunidad en español de samsung, estoy en USA y tengo unos Galaxy Buds3 pro y el derecho se daño de forma fisica y es perdida, por desgracia el agente que me los vendio me puso una cobertura de essentials de samsung care+, llame a servicio al cliente y me dicen que la unica solucion es comprar unos nuevos pero senti que el agente no estaba seguro de lo.que decia, alguien por aqui sabe si se puede comprar uno de los audifonos por separado? Les agradeceria mucho la ayuda

Yeah sorry to say I've never heard of them selling replacement Earbud its always the entire set has to be purchased

If you purchased Care Plus I would suggest contacting them directly for help but if you only have Essentials then I fear you would have to purchase a new set

Thanks for Reply Gary, I did, but the agent give me the essentials cover, not thief and loss, so I their response is, we can take your claim, so I was wondering about if I could buy the right Bud only, because I talked with repair department but she said they don't sell replacement s, but I fell that she wasn't sure about that, so I don't if someone here know if could buy only the right bud
