Having trouble pairing my ear buds to new phone

If you can't get the earbuds to go into pairing mode using the normal steps (you can read the article below for those), you can try to manually put them in pairing mode another way. Insert both buds into your ears and hold both touchpads at the same time for around 5-10 seconds until they enter pairing mode. They may disconnect from any current device and then you will hear a pulsing sound to confirm they are in pairing mode.
