Samsung find app notifies Buds not nearby

My Samsung Find app keeps giving me notifications that my Galaxy Buds are not near me, even though they are beside me. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and repairing my Galaxy Buds, but I still get the notification. What could be the issue?

Yeah, I've already tried it. I'm still having the same issue.

Are the buds the only connected device or do you have others ? (Watch, tablet etc)

My Galaxy Buds and my Galaxy watch are connected to my phone. ( that's it )

Is the find my app locating those correctly?

Then it's something with your buds. Since the phone locates the other devices correctly, that part is narrowed down. Not sure what type of repair or Samsung store you have near you, but a repair shop or, depending on how long you've had them, warranty claim. Good luck 👍
