So, at first I was **bleep** when my brand new Galaxy Earbud3 Pro got ran over after falling out my ear. Then after weeks of going back and forth with Samsung Reps in regards to having it repaired, I was ready to never purchase from Samsung again. But, it took 1 special Rep to hear me out and create a ticket to get my earbuds repaired. I didn't purchase the Care+ for my earbuds because I didn't feel the need to. I am a very long time customer. I have been purchasing Samsung phones since the Note 2(I miss that phone). I basically upgrade through the pre order almost every year, so this situation was very disappointing 😞 However, after sending my earbuds back to be repaired...I am so happy to receive my repaired earbuds back in perfect condition. I am so thankful for Samsung for hearing me out and fixing my issue and now I am enjoying my earbuds better than ever. 5 stars :glowing_star:
