I've hqd my buds for years and haven't had this problem ever. my buds are connected, during the fit test they're showing it's all good the ambient sound and noise cancelling woks and the little warning beeps work when my volume is too hig so i know they're working. the issue is that no audio is playing from any app or during call even. I've tried to reset and unpaired and paired and even connected different Bluetooth devices then this one again but nothing works
