 Low Microphone Volume Issue with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro
I am writing this a significant issue with my recently purchased Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Despite being impressed with the overall sound quality and comfort, I have encountered a persistent problem with the microphone volume.
When using the Buds 3 Pro for calls, voice recordings, or video conferencing, I have consistently received feedback from others that my voice is difficult to hear. The microphone volume seems to be significantly lower than what is expected from a premium product like this.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue by adjusting microphone settings on my device, ensuring the earbuds are properly connected, and updating the firmware. Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the problem.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a resolution. Perhaps there is a software update or hardware replacement that could address the low microphone volume.

If you continue to experience the low volume in the mic, we recommend having the Buds 3 Pro serviced.

Could it be other apps are using your microphone simultaneously like caption calls, or bixby an assistant, you might need to long press microphone icon and delineate or remove permission only if app allows you to. Are you driving while talking? 1725275135597.jpg
