Got my z fold4 during pre-order. Everything works well over the last 2 months and one day after 30-45 minutes of usage I noticed a bright spot on the main screen. Lo and behold some dead pixels right there. I called Samsung support which is not helpful at all. I made an appointment online with the closest Samsung store and the wait is 2 weeks.

Sigh...... I had higher expectation of Samsung quality and customer support.

I'll report back on how the repair goes. I hope they don't give me grief and the repair experience will restore my faith in Samsung.
