Since this weekend my mom any haven't been able to use the emojis we have bought. They are just blanks. Old school ones are all that work. She has an S20 and I have a Note 20.
The ones that are normal with phone are fine. Some were free downloads, like xmas and Halloween, and they are aren't working either. 99% of what was downloaded (emojis)from the Galaxy store stopped working.
