Why would other people have access to your phone in order to use your quick panel? Why would they do it in the first place? Is there a control in the quick panel that brings up a super-secret file that you don't want anyone to see? I suggest you just not let anyone use your phone and keep it locked at all times when others are around. I assure you; no one wants to enter a password every time they want to use the quick panel.
I asked you a question about why anyone (you) would want this feature. You would be the only one out of millions of users who think this is a practical or wanted idea. If you are so paranoid that someone is going to use your quick panel while your eyes are averted, your only solution would be to keep other people out of your phone.
