Long story short, I dropped my S23(3 months old) from about 5-6 foot height on the footpath yesterday, good part isI had a backcover and screen protection, so no scrathes and damange. however, when i shake me phone in a certain manner, some sound comes from inside, as if a something broke inside and it shakes when I shake the phone. It is irritating. Am I the only one? Should I get it checked?

You dropped your phone from 5 or 6 feet and now it rattles and you need to know if you should get it checked? Just because there was no external damage does not mean the shock of impact didn't break something inside. User induced damage wouldn't be covered under warranty, though. You would have to have insurance.

I would run the diagnostics in this app, found under the Support tab, and if it passes I would think nothing more of it, and continue to run the diagnostics again every, say, three months. The cameras can make a rattle noise if you shake the phone, which I suggest that you don't do much of. The lens are loosy held in place as part of the recording stabilization features.

Shake it near your ear. Does is sound like it's coming from the back camera? If so, it's probably the optical image stabilizer. It's normal for that to rattle.
