In game videos not working on any game

When I'm playing a game on my note 20 ultra none of the videos will play when I want more coins or health points. This is happening on all games. My other devices are ok. Please help

Try looking for an update on your phone. If that doesn't work, try resetting it. Reply if it still doesn't work, and if it doesn't, mark me as the solution.
