I finally got around to installing the latest  software update for the Note 10+ and have not had any service for the past week. The phone is essentially useless without wifi.

Anyone else have this problem? I've had the same phone with the same provider for years and no issues until now.

I've tried restarting, resetting network settings, running diagnostics, cleaning the sim card.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to use primary functions on your device such as calls, text, and data.

If you are having trouble sending or receiving messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Give this link a try for troubleshooting steps for text messages not sending or receiving: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001439/

If you are unable to make calls from your phone, there could be a problem with your phone's SIM card, damage to your phone, or an issue with your account or carrier. Follow the steps below to solve the problem: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001613/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided, the next step would be to reach out to your carrier, as calls, text, and data are all carrier features.
