Phone battery drains faster than it can charge

I keep getting the notification that my phone battery drains faster than it can charge. I've cleared out my app tray, and it's fast charging. Any thoughts?

Enable power saving mode (preferably mid-tier), turn off Bluetooth and stop using it while charging

I have it on mid tier power saving, and I don't use it too much (message here and there, maybe Discord) but I'll turn bluetooth off, thanks

Fast charge degrades battery much faster. So this maybe the reaaon

Is it possible that the wire/outlet has been damaged? This is indicated for me as well sometimes if something's wrong with the charging cable.
