Galaxy Note PhonesSamsung Cloud back up is for some reason always stuck at 100% and it won't finish/complete. I'm concerned it's draining the battery. I've checked already the possible reasons for example the cloud storage (9.5GB available), removed the cache from the Samsung Cloud app, restarted the device and app. Most importantly I've removed all the options of backing up data, so in theory it shouldn't even try to back up anything.
Any suggestions on what to do exactly?

Galaxy Note PhonesThe issue I'm having is that the automatic backup (which I have disabled) is trying to back upp something and it's stuck at 100% all the time... Do you have any idea on what could cause that problem?

Galaxy Note PhonesHello Fortuntato, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with Samsung Cloud being stuck at 100%.
Have you tried disconnecting the watch from the phone (or updating it) to see if that removes the notification? It is possible your pending watch update is causing Samsung Cloud to stick as the watch backs up to your Samsung account.

Galaxy Note PhonesI don't think that is causing the issue. The watch update appeared only today, while the samsung cloud back up problem has been going for like a week now. Do you know if I can safely clear data in the Samsung Cloud app without affecting the contacts?
