Galaxy Note PhonesHello,
- I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G with the latest updates. My battery was having problem so I have to replace the battery. Since then, when I plugged my phone to my laptop, the "USB for File Transfer" no longer showed up, my phone does charge though. As of now, my laptop couldn't recognize my phone and I was not able to transfer any files between my phone and my laptop.I went to Developer options/Default USB configuration
Transfering and checked the Transfering files option, reboot my phone, plug in and still it won't show up in my laptop. I used the same cable with my Samsung S20 FE 5G phone and have no problem, it showed up in the laptop.
What could be the cause of the issue with my Note 20?
Any suggestions/comments are much appreciated.
Thank you.

By the way, I was able to connect to the laptop with File Transfer option and Windows 10 did recognize my Note 20, after I replaced the battery, it stopped.
