Ugly Quick-Access Search Bar In the Bottom Right

I have been messing around with my settings recently, and I got this ulgy quick-access search bar to apper on my default page. And, I don't know how to get rid of it, so can someone please give me some advice.The gray bar with the dots in the bottom right is my problem.

How to remove the app drawer altogether

1. Long press on any empty area of your home screen.
2. Tap the cog icon — Home screen settings.
3. In the menu that appears, tap Home screen layout.
4. From the next menu, select Home screen only and then tap Apply.
