Have you cleared the app cache and data? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
You can also submit an error report to provide feedback to Samsung. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
If you are still experiencing concerns with the app, we recommend reaching back out to Spectrum, as they are responsible for this service.
