Galaxy Ring
Recently started to have battery Issues. Ring discharges fully from 100% in about 3 hours. Support doesn't seem to know the difference between a watch and ring with suggestions to adjust screen brightness, disable wifi, disable nfc, etc.
Only option is for mail in repair. No device for weeks.

Did you try a reset of the ring first?
If that doesn't work, your only choice is to send it in. They can't be repaired, only replaced upon warranty.

You have to call and get a ticket made and send it in.
